Gospel of Matthew - Chapter 28

  • The episode discusses Matthew chapter 28, the final chapter of Matthew's Gospel, which narrates the resurrection of Jesus. Mary Magdalene and the other Mary visit the tomb after the Sabbath. An angel of the Lord descends from heaven, causing an earthquake, rolls back the stone of the tomb, and sits upon it.
